What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is free. For other countries, please contact us in advance.
What is the delivery time?
Orders for mermaid tails and Airtracks are normally delivered to you by GLS within 2 business days.
Shipments to Belgium and Germany may take one day longer.
How much warranty do you offer?
We provide high-quality products at an affordable price. The prices speak for themselves, and the quality is reflected in our warranty. Our mermaid tails come with a 12-month warranty. If you have any doubts, please feel free to contact us.
Can I exchange my product?
You can always exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it. However, mermaid tails can only be exchanged if you have not yet swum in them. Please contact us in advance to discuss the exchange.
